Jessica Ford is a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500) with expertise in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, breathwork techniques, and Meditation. She holds a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy and is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).


The majority of her yoga teacher training was completed in India, where she had the privilege of immersing herself in the philosophy and practices of Yoga. Her classes are designed to support physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic well-being, meeting each student at their unique level to guide them on their wellness journey.


Passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals, she integrates the wisdom of Yoga into her teachings to create a holistic and personalized experience.
